The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Sunny Beach, which makes it a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance of the main attractions. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dust and grime noticeable in corners, and the overall attitude of the staff could be far more welcoming. The pools are lovely, but other facilities need improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The amenities were fantastic, especially the pools and spa facilities. The location was perfect, offering a quiet retreat while still being a short walk to the beach and lively areas. While the food selection was generally good, I found some of the vegetarian options lacking on certain nights. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent value for money.
